I don’t have any specific evidence but past precedent has me thinking...

If I were to vote in a presidential

It is the fact that caucuses are past their sell date. So is the electoral College that was created when women could not vote and black people were 2/3 of a person. Only landowners could vote.

We need Finance reforms, public financing.
