there have been advancements in a system that transfers data at approximately the speed of light. So keeping that in mind I think the delay now is getting tired worn out caucus workers to agree on a single unified excuse for the debacle.

(6,117 posts)If the internal consistency checks fail during data validation it might appear as a "quality control" issue. This is the first time they have ever had a paper trail and also reported the first round counts.

Thank god that they got rid of punch cards. Now, *those* were a nightmare.

We were getting to FORTRAN II about then.
