IDP reporting 62% of precincts - Sanders leading Buttigieg by 3 pts 1st round, 1 pt second round

Biden in 4th.

Klobuchar did not reach 15%.

The state delegate equivalent count, which I don't understand, has Buttigieg ahead currently.

Steve Kornacki trying to explain that.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

how Bernie running away with certain precincts in the college/urban areas ("running up the score" if you will), doesn't help any more than Pete winning by 1 or 2 votes in a rural area. So Sanders can get more VOTES overall, but not win as many precincts.

Or SOMETHING like that. I tried to follow the best I could.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

CNN also went over this.
Mayor Pete is winning IA right now. Bernie is coming in second. That's because it's a delegate race.
