okay those invovled with fund raising for any candidate.. I have a question..

fund raising is not something I have ever been involved with.. here is the question.. if a person donates 25.00 in a quarterly period.. that is counted as 1 person donating.. if another person donates five dollars .. five different times in the same period is that counted as 5 people donating .. or just one person donating 5 times.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

...donors vs. donations.

For instance, Buttigieg reported # of 'donors,' and Harris reported # of 'donations.'

If someone donates from their work mail ip and then their home ip.. I said that is probably counted as different people donating online... I have never donated online.. always through the mail.. (age does tell) .. so I may have this all bass ackwards

to count as multiple individuals.

just changing IP or locations, or even devices still connects me to my information as soon as I log in. I believe changing name, or address information is the only thing that might get it to count as a different person. Not positive, as I always just donate as me. I do know that it connects to my own information no matter the device or ISP I'm using.

I would suspect (and hope) that falsifying donor information is a federal crime.

primary today, I would vote for:

"Individual donations" and "Individual donors"

In your full scenario, there are two individual donors and six individual donations. I have seen reports use both.
