Why is it in the court of public opinion you're not innocent until PROVEN guilty???

No picture of the traumatizing event. No video. No collaborating witness. There is a picture of her hand on his shoulder as she smiles.

There is enough shadow of a doubt on this entire charge by the victim. Let us move on.

.....well you know the rest. It is all about evidence and due process and not misrepresenting the facts. The character lynchings of men in the court of public opinion has got to be stopped.

Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) said Tuesday that she believes women who say they felt uncomfortable after receiving unwanted touching from former Vice President Joe Biden.

"I believe them and I respect them being able to tell their story and having the courage to do it," Harris said at a presidential campaign event in Nevada.

The California senator added that Biden will need to decide for himself whether to run for president.

Sher didn't say Joe shouldn't run. She has not commented since that I know of.

Joe has a history that can be viewed on video of physical contact with women. Joe needs to change his way. I don't think Joe is disqualified from running over this.

My OP is the rush to judgement the public had instead of waiting for more info.

Depends which court you look at.

In a polarized public, there is no "the court".

The very question provides the answer in its assumptions.

It’s not a standard any of us would want to live by. I would never have Casey Anthony babysit my child and Goethe Zimmerman is a cold blooded murderer.

Some people see pictures of Biden with people being weird and give credence to the current claims. He does seem to be pretty prone to touching folks so some people are obviously going to have different reactions to that.

At the end of the day...he needs to either get in the race or definitively say he's not. I'm tired of this "will-he-won't-he" garbage.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
