1. No, the Republicans are going to try and do that and kill the ACA in court.

Chief Justice Roberts was the deciding vote to keep it last time because he agreed the Individual Mandate part made it a Tax Bill, and hence constitutional.

The Republicans stripped out the Individual Mandate and are again challenging the constitutionality of the ACA in court.

I think this is suppose to come to a head by June in the courts.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:

3. We have Democrats campaigning to blow it up as well. It's a great strategy.

Primary politics aside, that is the REAL question.

People are ignoring that while arguing over the different Democratic candidates' plans.

People need to focus on the real threat, the Republicans and Republican controlled Supreme Court.

Has no plan to protect those with pre-existing conditions. If the ACA goes down in June, I can imagine a backlash against Trump.

I imagine that’s why Roberts didn’t kill the ACA the first time.

courts are not done yet with it .
That is what I have read because some decisions were made in appeals court but other parts kicked back to lower courts on what parts of ACA are included

Or they could hear it even sooner than June ....

*Congress in 2017 removed the law's tax penalty for not having health insurance but left the rest of the coverage requirement on the books leaving it open for this new challenge
