Bloomberg needs to make a public, more heartfelt apology regarding stop and frisk...

...and other statements that he's made. He needs to take a page from Obama and address the issue head on, and demonstrate how his policies will improve the lives for all Americans.

It will also show that he's a better man than Trump. Shows that you can admit when you're wrong and that you can grow as a human being.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

People can make the argument that Bloomberg and Trump are the same on stop and frisk.

He is clearly a better man than Trump already. Almost anyone is.

But, Bloomberg has a very troubled past with large segments of the Democratic party.

The thing is that Bloomberg has already explained his comments, and has apologized for them. Perhaps not well enough to suit you, but he did. There's more to him than those statements made in the past. Perhaps you should look into that, as well.

You can see who I'm supporting at the bottom of this post. I have noticed, though, that Bloomberg is doing better all the time in the polls. At this point, he will be my second choice, if Biden fades, which could happen.

As you say, I'll support any Democrat in the general election, but I do have preferences in the primary race. As of March 3, I will have voted for the person I support, but I have only one vote, so it may be that my favored candidate doesn't get the nomination. There it is, right?

I'm not going to trash any of the current candidates. I might say why I'd rather someone didn't get the nomination, but I'm not going to pick and choose among their previous statements and ignore everything else. That would be really stupid of me, I think.

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

But as some posted yesterday,
he needs to keep apologizing,
or he needs to do it different than he did.
