Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumBloomberg taking shots from candidates
As he spends hundreds of millions going after Trump, helping candidates across the country, registering voters and taking on the NRA. It's sad, divisive and risky. Once the field dwindles he has every damn right to use his fortune to fight back. He hasn't but should. He's focusing on the enemy as they all should be. My guess he will eventually get sick of the sucker punches and lay several hundred million on his opponents. He has tons of opposition research on Sanders specifically.

However, if he gave his $ to Amy, I would be very pleased.

The field is going to thin itself out in short order as candidate's who don't perform well see donors abandoning them.
Nobody but Bloomberg has the cash on hand to go all the way to the convention.

(2,706 posts)The CNN town hall that the other 5 candidates are doing before and after the debate?

(36,307 posts)He needs one more poll to qualify for the debate.
The 5 candidates who have accepted invitations to the town hall are all competing in Nevada. Bloomberg is not competing in that state.
If Bloomberg did accept hte invitation to the town hall and did really well, would you switch your preference to him? Or are you going to stick with Amy no matter what happens in the town hall?

(2,706 posts)And Ive already early voted. Even if I had not, he was not on the ballot, and could not be written in. So no, it is impossible for me to vote for him in the caucus.
