I may be a Gen-X white guy, but as a Warren supporter these tweets speak for me.

I'm all in no matter who we nominate, but it's still a travesty as to what happened to Warren's campaign.

We all watched what happened in 2016, the abuse, the smears, the outright lies. HRC was not only the most qualified female candidate, she was the most qualified and experienced candidate in decades. The character assassination was insane.

Now you have another qualified, well-spoken woman (Warren) who has been disappeared as if she were a light-weight.

Though Elizabeth Warren is not my candidate of choice, I think her supporters are righteously entitled to their rage. I was an ardent Hillary supporter and felt the same damn thing.

Warren could have slammed Joe Biden all day long on his support for credit card companies and civil forfeiture over families.

Warren could have slammed Bernie for not having better plans to pay for things

Warren could run circles around Pete's lack of experience.

Instead she attacked Bernie with an unprovable She said, He said incident. That backfired. She otherwise played nice.

I wanted EW to be a more practical Bernie leftist.

Maybe she'll turn it on but its getting late and it may look like desperation.

Winning the nomination and presidency has never been about being the most competent or qualified.

but I think they thought Bernie would sink and/or he wasn't in their lane, while Warren was seen as on the rise.

In that sense they did help to uplift Bernie and bring down Warren.

But by hitting Bernie she could've shown she was the rational choice for the left, as well as attracting some centrist voters who dislike Bernie and just want to see someone call him out.

But I guess it was risky also for her, due to backlash from Bernie's base.

All of the candidates should've pummelled Bernie - if he get's the nomination he would've snuck through without having to answer for his record or plans.

Even if she had asked him to, I seriously doubt that he would have. I can't understand why people believe that a person who has spent 30+ years in Washington and accomplished nothing beyond changes that were wildly popular across all parties (Vets Bill, naming Post Offices) will be able to effect one of the most massive overhauls in the nation's history, FDR and LBJ were far more skilled and accomplished and they didn't accomplish that.
