Effects of Coronavirus on Primaries campaigns?

My friends and I had a big discussion about this last night.

With the progress of this Coronavirus underway and spreading quite quickly now.

What effect will this now have on the Primaries?

Possibility of Campaign rallies being banned?

This will cause huge problems for campaigning and get messages out. People not wanting to stand in polling lines?

The Age of some of the candidates has got to be a big worry for them, Sanders just had a heart attack, Biden is older too, so is Warren, Trump, all of them are in the worst health age group for contracting this virus and meeting random people everyday and campaign rallies will have to be a big worry.

We may see a big change to the way the campaigns operate or be allowed to operate in the next month or so.

I do hope they are doing their homework and looking at ways of limiting exposure.

Thoughts ?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

should be a concern as people hesitate to go out in public.

Including, for many, the prospect of voting on touchscreens.
