Super Tuesday is in 4 Days and Buttigieg has not released any medical records.

Why?

All the other candidates, even including Sanders, have released at least some medical information.

If people want full disclosure from Sanders, wouldn't it make sense for Pete to release his own records to pressure Bernie into doing that?

Pete is by far the youngest candidate and was in the military fairly recently, so I remain baffled why he has not released his medical records.

Don't the voters have a right to see those? Especially before Super Tuesday?

And please, don't shoot the messenger for asking this question. It just seems like it's getting very late in the 2020 primary to not have released at least a summary of his medical condition.

As a Warren supporter, I think it only reasonable for Buttigieg to release as much information as she has before Super Tuesday.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

vs a young man. If you cannot see the difference between youth and old age, then what kind of explaining will help you out with that? Sanders himself stated it was only fair to release all his records before the first vote. Even Sanders understood the significance of an 80 yr old asking for a vote after having had an heart attack.

Not releasing complete medical records puts a cloud over the candidate, regardless of age. The first thought is why not? What are they hiding? The presidency is a tremendously demanding and rigorous. Look at how it has aged previous office holders. Excellent physical health is critical.

Clearly he's in much better physical shape than the elders. But he uses the youth argument only as a matter of perspective, not health. Releasing the results of a full physical when no one else has might be spun as an ageist attack. And he's not the type to release this information in the form of meaningless letters.

Especially for younger candidates? It seems it makes more sense for the older ones to show that everything is alright. It rather helps them because high age is certainly an issue in the voters' minds. No idea whether Obama made them public in 2008, for example. Did Gabbard or Yang publish them?

I think people just don't care as much about health records when the candidate is so young. As another poster indicated, maybe there was just no interest so far. Pete is so young, he might not even have regular check-ups yet.
