I've thought of having to listen to him for four years from the White House and I'm afraid I'd have to tune out. I used to listen to him once week on the radio and occasionally on TV and in such small doses, he was fine. Now I can't stand the sound of his voice. He's almost always yelling and very angry. Its exhausting.

Then I try to imagine the State of the Union address, but honestly I can't.

When Biden was interrupted by the pro-Bernie immigration activist that was right in Biden's grill, it would have been ok for Biden to tell the shouting man to "shut up" instead of Biden touching the guy first on the shoulder to get him to calm down? Was it ok for Biden to tell a young woman that claimed to have caucused before a liar instead of using an old John Wayne movie line?

Biden kept his cool, Bernie lost his in the face of opposition to what he was saying. We have enough of that behavior now with Trump.

That constituent (assuming he actually is one) seemed to be trying to be disruptive, and Sanders was trying to keep order. This would actually be a GOOD thing about being a leader.

What would the narrative be if Sanders allowed that guy to just walk all over him...?

Biden did touch the guy, but in a calm way trying to get him to quite down and listen. I have no idea what Bernie would have done in a similar situation. Being a leader us about remaining calm in the face of heated opposition.

This is old. Why's it being brought back up?

Being interrupted during speech is annoying to say the least. Being interrupted while answering a question that someone else poses is really annoying.

Should he have yelled "shut up"? No, he probably should have just remained silent. However, humans make mistake; it's part of being human.

Didn't Biden challenge someone to a push up contest and call him "fat"? I'd consider that more rude than telling someone to shut up.
