Biden rally seems to be starting late.

The livestream from an NBC affiliate so far just has Biden supporters and music:

Lis Smith of the Buttigieg campaign just tweeted that Pete will NOT be at the rally. He endorsed Biden a little while ago. Video here:

I'm guessing they're waiting for Amy and/or Beto to arrive before starting the rally, which was supposed to start half an hour ago.
