Mia Farrow: I am scared of a Bernie presidency [wrt to how Team Bernie treats the media]

Mia Farrow@MiaFarrow·5h
I am scared of a Bernie presidency

Cameron Joseph@cam_joseph
@BernieSanders supporters have started booing reporters at rallies. One yelled at us in the pen as he exited in LA yday. Not at the same level but starting to feel Trumpian. And Sanders and some top surrogates have been going after "the corporate media" with increasing disdain.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Haven't we had over three years of that kind of crap? If Democrats start acting like republicans, then what is the point?

The stoking of anger, the negativity and the us vs them mentality is making people all over the nation sick. physically sick. I just can't take any more of it.

Doctors are reporting an increase in stress related illness ever since Trump took office. Most people are on pins and needles most of the time (or perhaps alcohol and drugs?). What we don't need is for Democrats to start acting like Trump and his cult following. Putin must be delighted.

The world wouldn’t be better just different.

If for some reason they were off the air what makes you think they wouldn’t be replaced by another group of tabloid news stations that basically give people what they want…Catering to our lowest common denominator.

Go on YouTube and listen to the nastiness and divisiveness of the Bernie bros and sistas.

They are no better than the MSM.

Not to get philosophical but, this will not change until our inner nature changes

13. Don't make it personal

Bernie programs naive people just like Trump does on the other extreme side of the political spectrum.

Of course, I am not remotely saying Bernie is as morally bankrupt as a Trump.

Though he does use Trumpian tactics to rile up his base and play to their rigid intolerance.

And indeed, as Bernie is certainly not as depraved as a Trump, he still is a divisive figure and he will have an administration somewhat like Trump's in terms of him demonizing huge swaths of the American people.

You don’t have to insult and demonize people, just criticize the system and when you can change it.

Sure, raise taxes on the billionaires and criticize the system and even criticize them ( in the best manner) but don't make it personal.

Don't program hatred in others for others.

It’s just not necessary or useful for Bernie’s campaign to behave this way to spread their important and admirable message. Why are they being like this? Seriously, why?

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
