...when delegates are awarded proportionately. I mean, if the top two candidates come in very close to each other, such that they get about the same # of delegates, "winning" means little more than bragging rights.

That said, of course, Warren's performance was disappointing.

she can get more lefty policies implemented through a Biden presidency at this point. Win the Senate majority and she will be a very powerful force in the Senate.
