What if Biden (via video) did a joint press conference with Govs. Cuomo and Newsome?

And just detail the things that the Federal govt. should do.

Would that be too much?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Cuomo
Murphy
Wolfe
Lamont
Carney

Epicenter is NYC. It's very clear our Governor is working in close contact with Cuomo and Wolfe. I.E. Murphy and Cuomo know that if one them shuts something down - people will cross those bridges to get what they need.

Last week there was a rumor that the liquor stores were closing in PA - and my town had a LOT of PA plates in it . . . we are in Hunterdon County NJ - so right over the border from Bucks County PA.

At this point - I think all five states should halt any flights in and out - and get our state police out there to ensure our borders are secure.

Fed Government can't help us, won't help us if they COULD - and we are on our own in this corner of America. Until I see that mother fucker in Washington DC get off it's fucking ass and mandate manufacturers to make equipment we need in the NEXT few days before our hospitals get over run - we've got to at least keep others from getting in - who don't give a fuck.

Then another's residents will come over.

I.E. in NJ and PA - beer isn't sold in Grocery Stores.

Do you understand? It's why NJ had to rush to shut down bars - so idiotic 22 year olds wouldn't come over to drink in Hoboken.

I know you have had a lot of health issues - I have some too (though younger than you). I will always default - she might be having a bad pain/health day. My mom is in her early 70's - and diagnosed with R.A. and Diverticulitis - she has PAINFUL days and she can't always hit the mark. And I totally hope I've not offended you. Just saying - I understand and treat you differently because you have enough on your plate.

the public expects the governors to provide non-partisan leadership in times of crises. Now is not the time to make a public health crisis an extension of Biden's campaign. If my Dem governor would do such a thing, I would be infuriated.

They need to coordinate with federal officials from a number of agencies, including the White House, for the sake of their states.

They cannot link those efforts to a partisan campaign. No way.

I am certain Biden would not want that either.

I don't think Biden needs to tag along with Cuomo and Newsom, but I do think he needs to model what he's doing after them. Right now, they look really presidential. Biden is announcing what he WOULD do if he were president. It's all talk. He's not even showing up on CNN. Trump. Cuomo. Newsom. Whitmer. They're all over the news. Biden has disappeared from view because no one cares about politics right now. We're in the middle of a crisis.

Biden could be really effective, IMO, if he would pick one of the issues that is hitting us hard and do something about it. No one is tying his hands. We have designers volunteering to sew masks, for pete's sake. Biden could pick any one of dozens of critical problems: mask shortage, PPE shortage, rural hospitals without resources, Meals on Wheels, Food Banks, ventilators. Elderly and disabled people who now can't get grocery delivery because all the slots are taken.

The list goes on and on. He should pick something, and tackle it. Bernie just raised $2 million dollars for charity, for example. That's why Cuomo and Newsom look so amazing right now. It's not because they're good talkers. It's not because they're good at promising what they want to do. It's because they're taking the bull by the horns and getting stuff done, which is what people are looking for in a crisis.

Not talk.
