But, with respect to Trump the bubonic plague would be popular with world leaders by comparison

he got to know so many when he was Chairman of the Senate Committee on Foreign Relations; many would phone Joe before they'd phone Bush (or Cheney or Rumsfeld) during that administration. I think if Biden becomes POTUS our allies will breath a sigh of relief and know the world is in better hands again. Probably feel a little more confident than if someone with out foreign relation chops gets in the Oval.

But I'm NOT disagreeing with you!
