Poll: Joe Biden clip on criminal justice

There is probably a good segment of voters who would vote for Joe if he has evolved on this issue, but there's not a lot of evidence that he has. He needs to get out in front of this issue or Sanders, Warren, pretty much the rest of the Democratic Primary candidates will hammer him on it.

Does Joe Biden need to show he's evolved on drug policy to get your vote?

I have a great deal of respect and warm feelings for Biden. He is a fundamentally decent man, who I think wants to do right by the country and its people. His loyalty to President Obama and his compassion which we have all seen many times makes me happy. He’s a true mensch.

That said, I think it’s time for him to join the rest of the field and more than 70 percent of Americans who think it should be off schedule I, taxed and sold legally. Politically, this would hurt him with no one, and what’s more it’s the right thing to do.

I'm in WA, I don't even use it, but I sure supported the legalization and was proud of my State being one of the first. So many are coming on board -- when AZ gets a whiff of potential revenue, I think it may change for you. It's always about the money -- or to quote Omar, it's the Benjamins, baby.
