Let's see what pairings we like best...Bernie Sanders edition...

If Bernie is the nominee, who would you pick as his ideal running mate?

I am going out on a limb here, but I think Stacey Abrams brings a lot to a Sanders ticket

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

"I think we would look for somebody who is maybe not of the same gender that I am, and maybe somebody who might be a couple of years younger than me,” Sanders, who jumped into the race this week, said of a possible VP pick during an appearance on the "The Young Turks," a left-leaning web series.

Sanders/Warren would be quite the powerhouse combo to make it to the White House, and create much needed systematic change for “economic justice, social justice, racial justice, and environmental justice.”

would be a very strong ticket. Neither is my first choice (I like Warren and Harris best) but realistically, a lot of Republicans, especially women, who secretly or not-so-secretly loathe Trump would vote for that.

Meanwhile she'll continue taking on the Banks.

Bernie has promised a women Vice President and it may be the best way to get a women into the White House given the backwardness of America.

The purpose of choosing a running mate is to gain help winning a state. That's part of the reason Biden emphasized his roots in Pennsylvania in 2008.

Abrams checks that box and many more but Sanders would be served by also keeping an eye on a running mate with foreign policy bona fides.
