I’ve heard the dismal racial disparity statistics before, but hearing that man tell his story tugged at my heart in ways that reciting statistics can’t do.

I’m glad to see Kamala and Bernie working together on important legislation to deal with racial disparities in child birth. I’ll be calling my senators to ask them to support the Maternal CARE Act.

and that Kamala's legislation would address bias and racial disparity issues in that grant process. Not sure how many co-sponsors have signed on so far.
