2. Hell has been taking place there at least since 1948

when modern day Israel was formed from the Nakba.

Israel; an apartheid state has been illegally occupying the West Bank while keeping the Palestinian people of Gaza; the world's largest open air prison living in a ghetto for over half a century.

If Israel has a right to defend itself then logic dictates so do the Palestinian people.

Of course no nation or peoples right to defend themselves absolves them from being held to account for committing war crimes on either side.
