Comey has already been exonerated through an OIG report on these very same grounds. This is out of spite for Trump, nothing else.

By this if they follow through with an indictment. They have a less than zero chance of getting a conviction. The likelihood of the case being thrown out before it ever gets heard is at least 99%. The attorney who would be bringing these charges ( one of Trump's former personal lawyers) has never prosecuted a case. It might actually be humorous to watch how poorly and unprofessionally they would handle it.
