What happens after that, I won't predict at this time, but charges will come and the Feds will have a very tough time arguing that the qualified immunity should stand in this case.

He committed murder in broad daylight in front of countless witnesses - and they recorded it.

They can't let a guy off the hook after he committed a cold blooded murder on video just because the Feds will do everything they can to try to make sure he gets away with it. The state will do everything they can to make sure he pays the price for his crime.

Let the local police go after the guy. My understanding is, this is the second incident with a car and this officer.
