airline executives threatening to pull their donations, angry as fuck stranded travelers, Trump's war debacle, his staggering unpopularity in red states, and the very real possibility of MAGA congress assholes losing their jobs..and I also think a major airline suspending their expedited VIP perks and forcing them to stand in never-ending TSA lines (they broke it/they fix it) pushed them to acquiesce...
