Trump's mental decline is accelerating - Psychologist / The Daily Beast Podcast

On Friday I made a post about Schlump's dementia, featuring videos of Dr. John Gartner's appearances on the Daily Beast Podcast. Today a new one dropped. Imo, this is the most informative one yet, as it includes up to the minute commentary on some od the Orange Hellbeast's most recent displays of being non compos mentis (not of sound mind).

Psychologist Dr. John Gartner joins Joanna Coles to dissect Donald Trump’s latest White House speech and explain why its manic pace, rigid teleprompter discipline, and sheer velocity alarm mental health professionals. Drawing on decades of clinical experience, Gartner argues that Trump’s hypomania, malignant narcissism, and advancing dementia are no longer abstract theories but visible patterns—accelerating, measurable, and increasingly unmanaged. They examine why repeated cognitive tests suggest monitoring decline rather than routine screening, and how sleepless nights, impulsive decisions, and compulsive posting point to a leader edging toward a cognitive cliff.

I predict the next phase will be that Trump loses both mobility and speech.

Sitting in a wheelchair, silent, and staring out into space is on the cards.

Eventually, the lowest brain functions of breathing and heartbeat will be lost.

I always wondered why there is no upper age limit for serving politicians.
Probably at the time the rules were written, people didn't live as long as they do now.
George Washington made it to 67 and left office at 65.
John Adams left office at 65 years of age and lived to be 90.

Trump is a clear case that there should be one.
