If you think the rapid rises in price of precious metals is just a market anomaly, then look at the last year's decreases in foreign investors buying of US treasuries, equities as well as general goods and services. Some of this is a function of national debt level and may have happened anyway but much is likely America under Trump becoming a pariah that no one wants to support. Being stupid and creating chaos does have negative consequences.

they KNOW global warming is for real.

I think that's why they're after Greenland to serve as a life boat primarily for the global oligarchs or "first class passengers" of the world, along with their robots and human servants as it all hits the fan, global warming, WW III.

Musk wants Greenland, and he owns a company that specializes in tunneling, "The Boring Company."

So Vance; was sending the global oligarchs a message that as *rump goes down for mental health or political reasons, they should back him.
