Trump DOJ SCREWED in Court as They RUSH to COVER UP Shooting - Legal AF
In shocking fashion, the Trump DOJ told a federal judge they oppose his injunction to stop them from destroying, altering or deleting evidence they collected in the Alex Pretti shooting, and instead has filed 3 sworn declarations from border patrol, the FBI and Homeland Security, each contradicting the other, and admitting that they did not preserve the crime scene, did not preserve the chain of custody about evidence collection, and won't tell the Judge where Pretti's firearm is!
