She Voted For Trump. Now Her Terminally Ill Father Is Being Deported - The Logical Leftist

A Florida woman voted for Trump. She believed in his immigration policies. Now her terminally ill father—a man who worked the same construction job in Florida for decades and raised five kids—is facing deportation and possible death in ICE custody.

In this video, The Logical Leftist breaks down this voter's admission that she was "brainwashed into thinking I was one of them," and what her story reveals about the real consequences of supporting hardline immigration enforcement.

What You'll Learn:

• How her political awakening happened—and why it took her father's deportation
• The "Narrative of Exemption" that makes people think harsh policies won't affect them
• Why immigrant communities are watching this moment closely
• The psychological toll of realizing you voted against your own family's survival

This is accountability. This is consequence. This is what happens when rhetoric meets reality.

Of course, I feel bad for the tragedy facing her father. The situation would be the same regardless of how she voted. She would have needed another 7 million or so to not be "brain washed".

But, by voting for Trump and facing these circumstances, it certainly does reduce my sympathy.

I am sorry for her situation.

However, there was enough evidence in his first term to show that Trump is bad for healthcare.

Trying to repeal ACA which provides protection against lifetime limits and preexisting conditions.
His callous disregard for those suffering during COVID.

Senate has yet to pass ACA subsidies extension.
Trump is already on record that he might repeal it.
Americans are cancelling their ACA insurance due to high premiums.
Uninsured in this country is rising.

These countries Trump talks about annexing (Canada, Greenland) have universal healthcare.
They do not want to have anything to do with our healthcare system with that idiot RFK Jr in charge.

Hitler said the exact same thing about Jews.

BLOOD refers to your race -- not your immigration status, sweetie. YOU are being dehumanized along with every other Hispanic person, even if you were born in the US or became a naturalized citizen.

And yet you voted for a racist pathological liar who only looks out for himself and the billionaires who curry his favor. Tax cuts for the rich, less money for healthcare & education, and a free hand for those who pollute the air we breathe and commit fraud to rip off you and me.

Why didn't you know all that BEFORE you voted, sweetie?
