1. Zelenskyy has aged quite a bit

What he's been through is written on his face. A staggering weight has been on his shoulders.

2. if Ukraine prevails in this war

and remains more or less intact ( maybe minus Crimea )... there will be statues of this man all over Ukraine. Or at least there should be. Like Winston Churchill in WW2 when it looked like Germany would walk all over Europe. and especially before the US entered the war, Churchill kept Great Britain in the war.

Zelenskyy has an even more difficult task, defending a very long land border with Russia, while the amount of aid has been sometimes very limited. I'm sure the Ukrainian people want the war to end, but I think they will hold out until Putin actually retreats, maybe not all the way to the agreed upon 1992 (?) border, but substantially.

3. Crimea is only Russian now because of the huge relocation effort by Putin, post 2014 invasion.

It belongs to Crimea and Putin no longer has control of it. Ukraine is only keeping Putin's bridge open to allow Russians to leave before Ukraine kicks them forcibly out.
