I have been noticing for a while how the increasing skewing of how the brain processes information is tilting towards making everything seem unreal.
It is bad even when you are aware of it.

Yasha Levine (the most reliable journalist on technology) talks about..Kayfabeification and gamification of reality. Like the movie Existenz. It makes it easier to believe what you want to.
Were it not for my stolidly stable perennial gloom, it would be worse.

I am extra annoyed as someone sensitive to light, sound pollution and to rot like that..
