I’ve been trying to follow this in bits and pieces while having a life, but never got a clear picture. Light has finally dawned, without exposure to the “salacious stuff”. I’m just not mature enough for that; I’m only 70+! Anyway, This is clear, definitive and evidence based. Ms Gill earned a lifelong fan. Invest the time, you won’t regret it.
