Trump's DOJ EMBARRASSES Itself in New Court Filing! - Glenn Kirschner
Some of Donald Trump's flunky DOJ lawyers just filed a brief in court and it reads a lot like an unhinged, 2 AM Trump social media post.
This new brief was filed in an appeal of four cases Trump lost, involving those absurd executive orders he issued seeking to punish law firms that represented clients or causes that displeased dear leader.
You may recall that just a few days ago, DOJ filed notice with the court that they were withdrawing/abandoning those appeals, a sure sign that they knew they couldn't win. Then the next day, they changed their mind (or, more likely, somebody changed their mind for them) and ended up filing a nearly 100-page piece of . . . really poor lawyering.
The only thing that's actually valuable in the 100 pages is the following:
The court filing highlights the four law firms that fought for their rights and won in court - those firms represent Democracy MVPs - and also lists what should be referred to as the Footnote of Shame, the nine law firms that bent the knee to dear leader, giving the bully their lunch money without a fight, thereby endangering all other law firms and lawyers, not to mention endangering the American people and American democracy, as this video discusses. - Glenn Kirschner - 03/08/2026.
