Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) generally cannot protect illegal activity.
NDAs are unenforceable if they intend to conceal crimes or violations of law.
Many of Trump's victims probably know this.

They're probably not speaking up because they fear what would happen to them or those close to them.

There are allegations some of these victims wound up dead.
Katie Johnson (alias), as one example, suddenly dropped her lawsuit in 2016 out of fear for her own safety.
