in her MASTERFUL questioning by Jon Ossoff is t hat Tulsi BLINKS QUCKLY AND REPEATEDLY when she is lying or deflecting...

It shows NERVOUSNESS.

(That prominent white stripe in Tulsi's hair is perfect....it shows her as the skunk scam artist she is.
