Donald Trump celebrated Easter Sunday with a deranged and genuinely frightening message promising war crimes if Tehran does not bend to his demands. The post was a reminder that by any reasonable measure the president of the United States has completely lost his mind and his instability threatens the safety of the world. Unfortunately, our political system — and the Republican Party in particular — is too broken to do anything about it.
