would it cost him more than the donation? He never answers phone calls or serves constituents in any way. Maybe we can finally get our 2 cents in?

I think the joke went - You could walk in on Ted Cruz fucking a goose and call him out on it and he'd respond "I was fluffing the duvet".

When I heard that I realized this was the most accurate description of Rafael I'd ever heard.
