His great preoccupation and fear of sharks remind me of the villainous Captain Hook in Peter Pan, and the crocodile who swallowed a clock as well as Hook's hand. Hook was terrified whenever he heard that ominous TICK of the Croc nearby.

I WONDER what a shark symbolizes to Trump?

Retributiion for his many lies and crimes?



Sharks may be the same for Trump.

2. You may be on to something, he's certainly obsessed, turns to that nonsensical story when he can't think of anything else

Though the one that I think shows his clear delusion is his praise of Hannibal Lecter who he apparently thinks was/is a real guy.
