...Joe Biden. Wonderful, Amazing, Historic, Joe Biden. If you ever have a spare five minutes and forty-seven seconds, go to YouTube and search: One Last Time Hamilton White House. Its always been a great watch but now it feels nothing short of predictive.
This is the moment Washington tells the nation and the world that presidents truly are not kings, and that by saying goodbye when the time comes we teach America what it is we are so that America lives on after we are gone. Theres a moment in the video where its pretty clear Joe wipes away a tear. Rarely is history in the making so musical.
Not since George Washington has anyone done what Joe Biden is now doing. Not giving up, not resigning through weakness, but sacrificing the worlds greatest position of power simply because its the right thing to do.
President Biden has gifted all of us the greatest of gifts... Teaching us how to say goodbye. Showing us strength. Reminding us what is best in ourselves.
You are an amazing man, Joe Biden. When the time comes, rest well in Victory.
Youve taught us well,
Bill

He writes so beautifully - and is a fighter for truth and love and home-cooking.

(903 posts)10. Thanks. Good of you to dig this message out of the rest of the verbiage.
I use Facebook and have looked up Penzey's Spices prior to your post here but haven't dug down into words past the beginning of the ad. So glad that you posted it here.
Thanks.

(41,013 posts)11. No worries. I 'curate' the rest as sale talk, right? that keeps his customers updated on Penzey's site news.

to give hugs as long as Jimmy has.
