are against because it doesn't cut *enough* to their mind. Of course, given their understanding, they'd kill Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security. Although Medicare and Social Security are insurance policies paid only by employees/employer. It doesn't impact the federal budget. It's only a large pot of money that repugs haven't been able to get their hands on, and it drives them crazy they can't steal OUR money all in one fell swoop. Bit it's insurance, not welfare. Unless they want to start calling home insurance, car insurance, and life insurance "welfare" too. Oh, who knows... they just might! We need to start naming and shaming the wealthy's gaming the government for "welfare"... buyouts, bail outs, interest rate hanky panky, IRS loopholes big enough to drive a truck through. Maybe one of the marches we have could zero in on this theme. Posters each with a different form of wealthy and/or corporate welfare.
