2. He's allegedly a member of the EU "Coalition of the Willing" and it does sound like he's PO'd at Putin

But we also know that he's all talk, no action...

3. That would mean he'd be switching sides. I must have missed headlines about that.

Fervently to be wished but hard to believe, seeing as how he's been so arrogantly dumb for so long that he's beyond late in seeing the West's interests as tied to America's. I'm wondering if he's heading toward war... he could not command one, but he'd leave that to ... ugh, it's feeling like "everything everywhere all at once."
