Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the UN General Assembly on Wednesday, a day after Donald Trump’s sudden shift in position on the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

"If a nation wants peace, it still has to work on weapons. It's sick, but that's the reality. Not international law, not cooperation - weapons decide who survives,“ Zelenskyy told the audience. "Nations can speak about their pain from stages like this. But even during bloodshed, there's isn't a single international institution that can truly stop it. Only Zelensky, a leader of a member under attack by another member, can speak with authority in criticizing the U.N. as weak.

I hope the United Nations members think on this, and the U.N. takes a hard look at where there are reported weaknesses in its structure.

And you're right, Zelenskyy can speak to the issues within the UN, TFG made a fool of himself.
