It’s a strange day in Washington when Donald Trump is showing more support for NYC’s mayor-elect, Democratic Socialist Zohran Mamdani, than his own party is.
But that’s what happened on Friday, when 86 House Democrats voted with Republicans to condemn “socialism,” while Mr. Mamdani was at the White House with Mr. Trump. Strange bedfellows, left Suri Crowe asking the question: just whose side are these Democrats on, anyway? Sure doesn’t look like it’s the people’s side. - 11/24/2025.
