I am in Australia. I have not paid income taxes for 13 years and my health care is free to me.
I pay $7.60 each for my two prescriptions monthly.
When I was working and paying income tax, I paid 2% of my income for cradle to grave health care.
But Americans tell me that I live in a socialist hellhole, soon to slide into communism.
Oh, and I don't have freedom because I cannot protect myself from criminals and my government will be rounding us up and marching us into cattle cars and there will be nothing I can do about it.
Where are all those guns now, to overthrow a tyrannical government?
I am a dual Australia/American citizen.
