Not sure if this is on national Fox News or if this is just local because I'm in Houston and 26 is our local station and sometimes our local Fox Station doesn't tow the Foxnews line in their local reporting. Ray is a local treasure. He took a case to the Supreme Court and won. He is the reason you cannot be arrested just for cursing at the police.

Maybe now Texas can pass a marijuana decriminalization bill
It's been quite a few years since the Texas Democratic Party started putting marijuana reform planks in their platform. Now the Republicans have put it in their platform too.
