Only the Senate Resolution of the draft is available. It's in a link in this article:

Elizabeth Warren is Not Telling the Truth About The Trans-Pacific Partnership Trade Deal

...When Senator Warren calls TPP a “top secret” deal, she’s not telling you the truth. Any member of Congress can see it now, and before Congress votes on it, the final deal will be posted online for 60 days. What we can see now is the USTR summary of the deal, which, granted, isn’t the deal, but it isn’t nothing.

Finally, when Senator Warren says that the TPA bill leaves us “virtually no ability to stop it from the Senate or the House,” or concern-trolls about “fixing” a final deal through an amendments process that TPA shuts off, she’s not telling you the truth. The final deal, after its 60-day public review period, will receive an up-or-down vote, which means Congress can quite easily stop the deal. It just means that a minority in Congress can’t obstruct the deal. Ditto the amendments, which would not be a way to “fix” a final deal since the other 11 nations involved would also insist on that authority, irreparably gumming up the negotiations. Amendments, in this case, are a way to obstruct a final deal. See “nuclear deal, Iran” once again.

So, Elizabeth Warren may be right, TPP could end up being a horrible deal, and she’s right not to trust Republican majorities in both chambers to put a stop to a bad deal, but what she’s doing right now is eroding any trust Democrats ought to have in her. President Obama, on the other hand, has been open and honest about what he expects to be in the final deal, which we will all get to see and verify before anyone votes on it.

In the end, though, it boils down to trust. There will be a TPP with or without us*, and if you’re going to trust anyone to get us a good deal, it should be the person who is telling you the truth now, not the one who is nakedly deceiving you.

When ones goes to the link I underlined in the first paragraph I posted here, USTR summary of the deal it automatically uploads a 113 page PDF to your computer. Don't worry, it's not a virus or anything:

*Because the other nations have been working on this for dozen years. It's like the Iran treaty the GOP tried to scuttle, where the UK, China, Russia, France and the rest were going to have that deal no matter what. And make us look like idiots.

It also goes into the start of the bogus little 'he's a sexist meme' going around and since being expanded upon. It comes from MSM, owned by billionaires, and RFing, like Death, never takes a holiday.

Hey, there an election to steal, and 'manufactured consent' by putting out outrages, one after another, gives the GOP an alternative reality to push that whoever our candidates in 2016, Democrats hated them, so that means the GOP really will win the presidency in 2016.

Hasn't Obama invaded Texas yet? That one didn't have much staying power. But it was cool while it lasted.

Crashed the Economy? Well, not yet, but you know he wants to.

Declared WW3 or declared thermonuclear war on Russia? Well, apparently not.

Deported all the Muslims or jailed all the Patriots? Sure he'll get around to it.

Signed KXL? Well, no, and after stalling for his entire term of office under grave political threats, he vetoed it when it came up to his dek, but don't let that get in the way of a damned good shit storm. Go, drama!

Thrown grandma off a cliff? Uh, no, that's Paul Ryan's gig.

Stolen the right to vote? Uh, that's not his deal, either.

Made being gay and owning guns illegal? Any day now, folks, any day. It's a-coming.

And privatized Social Security? Well no, and hell no.

Let the entire government shut down just for the hell of it? See Cruz, Paul, Cornyn. Even if you make a scrabble word of their names, still won't spell Obama.

Oh, well, there's always the next poutrage du jour!

(BTW, thanks for the update, I am just blown away. I bow to you, Sir, I bow! And you know I say that sincerely.)

I have told you this train is coming. Not secession, a Constitutional convention. Should name it

The Kochstitution. There will be no United States when done.

Pick your fiefdom and find your place under your local feudal lord and take on his religion or else. That is the plan they they have been working on for years.

It's called feudalism. Where you must pay the baron to use his road and will bow to your betters or else be killed by those who directly benefit from strong man rule, where the strong men are supported by the guys with the guns, like the days of old, or today's despotic autocracies.

The OC crowd, is that who we want patrolling all public places, when they are barely a step away from being mercenaries and para-military gangs and are given their orders from corporate and religious overlords?

Like Rand Paul bragging about his private security that makes him feel safe, surrounded by Second Amendment solution riflemen who want to 'restore' the USA to its rightful rulers. Same thing as the CSA wanted, where only white men will rule.

Where social mobility is a pipe dream, slavery is what some people are born to be in and they deserve it. Historically all caused by reducing government until it is so weak it cannot enforce laws as it was the only force keeping feudalism at bay.

Yes, Grover knew that cutting off funds and denying government taxes was the way and enforced the allegiance of the GOP, as the Koch brothers do now.

Thom Hartmann did a great analysis, referring to an author who states the case plainly:

Why must Texas have guns in every place? Who funds the Open Carry movement, a gunin every school laws, SYG laws and enacts bills to 'restore' the nation to pre-Civil War conditions?

And if one really looks at the writings of the Confederate leaderhip, they weren't just disagreeing for business reasons for slavery. That's the economic view, but it came from their long felt social philosophy, that goes back to the days of the Greeks.

They believed that no one but white males were capable of ruling themselves and should not be allowed voice in government, ownership of property, wages or even the sovereignty of their own bodies. The basis was the belief that women and men of color were innately inferior in intellect, temperament and on the spiritual level, thus they should have no say at all, but were more like animals. To be used or abused. No rights.

They stated repeatedly that their problem was not just with the abolitionist mind pre-Civil War, but with the naive writers of the United States Constitution for saying all men were created equal. They said anyone but a white male was born to be used by a white man, as he chose.

A person can justify anything with that philosophy, from war, slavery of every kind, torture and rape. Just exactly what the GOP has been pushing since the Tea Party majority took over in states and in Washington in 2010.

This sums up my opinion of the STHU'ers:

Sorry, I don't play that game.

No wonder it was so bad. Look at the damage to the train:

The emergency response is good, but they still don't know all the casualties, some are missing or unaccounted for. With 5 confirmed dead and 75 injured seriously, this may go much higher.

Investigators are on the scene along with emergency and medical crew. The link is very good, giving the best report I've read in recent years.

These are very bad injuries. This happened very fast. Good luck to all workers and surivors and condolences to the families.

What makes you think anyone that stoops that low is a Democrat?

When have you seen any candidate for the Democrats stoop that low with another one?

When have you seen a precinct leader for the Democrats trash other Democrats?

I go to precinct meetings with people with a variety of views. The only ones in legislatures who stoop or block anything worthwhile being done are DINOs who are just Libertarians.

Oh, we have our share of the LeRouchies and Libertarians that show up to open meetings to TROLL in real life, and claim both parties are the same, but that Democrats are worse!

We don't even usher them out the door. People will talk to them, let them leave their little pamphlets and literature on the tables, ask them what's up.

They yell over others, try to take over meetings, then get bored and leave. They got their jollies. As usual, they don't do shit for other people. It's all ME ME ME!

People that take the time out of their busy lives to go to meetings to get conensus and change things for the better, won't waste their time with them. So then they go back to the streets and holler and try to block people going into stores, or the post office, or whatever.

Usually looking daggers at anyone who is walking by but won't embrace their cults. They are NOT Democrats.

Bernie is the only 'independent' who runs with the Democrats and follows the true themes. And he wouldn't stoop so low. No one should get any times if they do as it's all about ME ME ME with them and TO HELL with everyone else.

Oh, and screw the damn media that puts out fodder for the GOP and useful idiots who don't know they are being connned. And just think, they vote! I don't want them ruling over me.

'Yes, and they should do so honorably.' It's a disgrace what they have done to him and

and so many others! They hate this country so much, they intend to leave nothing. They want it and its people utterly destroyed.

Merle Haggard - It's Almost 'Criminal' What They Do To President Obama

A Merle Haggard quote has been circulating social media, almost as if it appeared in response to the incredible disrespect shown to President Obama by Republicans in Congress and foreign leader, Benjamin Netanyahu. The quote is from a 2010 Rolling Stone interview. Patrick Doyle spoke with music legend Merle Haggard, who was attending the 33rd Kennedy Center Honors. Haggard was invited to the White House to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award.

Doyle asked Merle Haggard about President Obama, and the traditional 'stone-country' singer-songwriter said he enjoyed meeting Obama and found the President to be quite different from what he had seen in the media. Then Haggard interestingly added:

Merle Haggard:

"It's really almost criminal what they do with our President. There seems to be no shame or anything. They call him all kinds of names all day long, saying he's doing certain things that he's not. It's just a big old political game that I don't want to be part of. There are people spending their lives putting him down. I'm sure some of it's true and some of it's not. I was very surprised to find the man very humble and he had a nice handshake. His wife was very cordial to the guests and especially me. They made a special effort to make me feel welcome. It was not at all the way the media described him to be."

Doyle asked, 'What's the biggest lie out there about Obama?'

Merle Haggard:

"He's not conceited. He's very humble about being the President of the United States, especially in comparison to some presidents we've had who come across like they don't need anybody's help. I think he knows he's in over his head. Anybody with any sense who takes that job and thinks they can handle it must be an idiot."

When Doyle asked if Haggard talked to the President much, the interview took a much lighter tone:

Merle Haggard:

"I told him, "You and I have something in common: our wives are both taller than we are." And he said "No! She's got on 3-inch heels! And she is not that tall!" He was like me. He grabbed that real quick."

Merle Haggard's compassion and straightforwardness in this interview seem to be what many of us needed after the GOP once again shamed themselves, and this nation, by seditiously spiting the President of the United States. Reading Haggard's words again, was like a glorious breath of fresh air - an affirmation and validation of the thoughts many of us have been feeling.

Merle Haggard was 73 at the time the Rolling Stone interview. That night he stood alongside other living legends like Sir Paul McCartney and Oprah Winfrey. And this was not his first invitation to the White House. Merle Haggard has also been the guest of both President Nixon and President Reagan.

It's easy to see why Merle Haggard is loved by millions. He's the 'real deal'. Having been involved in the music industry in Nashville, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Haggard years ago - a truly charming man. It's as if that rough exterior, from once leading a very rough life, just sort of melts away when you shake his hand. You can feel his warmth. And looking into his eyes, you can almost see through to his beautiful heart...

At 77, he is still touring, and last year Merle teamed up with pals Willie Nelson and Kris Kristofferson to make an album.

Thank you, Merle Haggard. You are loved.

I used to think he was a right winger, maybe he was. But the truth is the truth, no matter how many times the media, online and off, lies to us. And the same psychological subliminal techniques used against Obama have never stopped, and are now being used against HRC. RFing is going even more high-tech now. And it all works very well.
