You ever wonder if those people who are trying to get us to sell ... those of us with great interest rates in particular ... aren't maybe working for the banks?

Everytime I get these messages and calls which is damn near daily I'm like ... fool, my mortgage is about 65-75% of what I'd have to pay to rent my same house from someone else, and my interest rate is at least 2 points lower than I could POSSIBLY get if I bought a new house right now, and I'll be paid off in 12 years.

FUCK NO I'm not selling you my house!!!

But it makes me wonder if there aren't banks (on the sly, through outside agents) specifically trying to get people out of their 3-3.75% rates that they got when the getting was good a couple years back (myself included).
