When (and even before) a major disaster hits a utility’s territory and the utility knows that its own crews and equipment won’t be enough to restore power quickly, it calls for mutual aid. It provides its best estimate of how many people it needs and what type of skills they should have. The utility also specifies equipment and material needs. Other utilities in the network respond with what they can offer.
The actual dispatch and movement of crews from different utilities is coordinated by utility and public power association personnel who volunteer as regional and national mutual aid coordinators.

Of course, this is all done in coordination with FEMA and the state's emergency management so there's minimal conflict between agencies and that aid is going where it's needed most.

This is an extremely challenging task. Not only must crews and trucks be efficiently dispatched, but also massive quantities of repair materials such as poles, cables, transformers and insulators have to somehow flow into the disaster zone. Plus, the crews must be housed and fed.

I would wager many, if not all, of the Moar-B-Loco docs were scanned or photographed...
and could have been sent who knows where or are being held as future ammo for espionage or blackmail. Hell, they were not safe or secure while in the White House during TFG's stay and also were fair game for all sorts of crooks and spies while in Florida.
Other guesses and questions:
1. When shipped from Washington, could the boxes have been intentionally mislabeled (say, as tRump business documents) in order to conceal their content?
2. Isn't there an existing protocol controlling everything that leaves the White House? It was evident from the start that TFG and his team would not respect any laws, rules, norms or standards.
3. Can the Secret Service be compelled to reveal anything they observed relating to the movement of these documents and any activities around them after arriving in Florida?
4. Are these original documents and the only existing copies, or are the originals still in D.C.? I was under the impression that all documents, event records and transcripts during any administration is supposed to be immediately archived in a safe, secure place.
5. Surely the originals of any classified documents found in Florida are still secure in Washington!
6. I wonder if there are ways to determine what documents are missing from the original shipments.
I hope President Biden and Congress take firm steps during this administration to insure this can never happen again.

The 1958 law on the possession of swords and firearms states: “No one shall possess a firearm or firearms or a sword or swords.”
Among the few exceptions are shotguns for hunting and sport. Even then, prospective owners must attend classes and pass written and practical exams. They must then undergo psychological assessments to determine they are fit to own a firearm. Police background checks are exhaustive and even involve questioning the gun owners’ relatives.

From my experiences, what she said is very true. If one associates with Republicans...
and particularly intimately, sooner or later people seem to become possessed by right-wing and/or Q-demons and it's rare for friends and family to be successful with exorcism. It's characterized by a severe allergic reaction to facts, truth and rationality.
For many, that process of demonization is simply called cult brainwashing....
I believe our nation is long overdue for establishing a nation-wide network of mental health clinics solely for the purpose of re-education of those possessed ones, consisting of classes in American and world history, civics, ethics and government.

Earl, being an old-fashioned old man raised in the South, DU has proven to be one of the learning jewels of my entire life. That and prior to retirement, many years of traveling in my work all around our nation.
