Sogo
Sogo's JournalThe "weird" word came from Gov. Walz in MN.
He's a natural!!
I hope he's the VP pick....
Florida is definitely in play:
Otherwise, the Harris campaign would not be allocating these kinds of resources to Florida, as reported by Heather Cox Richardson, and as evidenced by the DU post about The Villages rallying for Harris....
From Heather Cox Richardson, 7/26/24:
"The Harris campaign announced that it will launch 2,600 more volunteers into its ground game in Florida, a state where abortion rights will be on the ballot this fall, likely turning out voters for the Democratic ticket. The volunteers will write postcards, make phone calls, and knock on doors. "

In the Midwest, here's what we say about guys like JD Vance.
He was born on third and claims he hit a triple.
VP Harris should lean into the border condemnation and
defend the bipartisan border bill that Trump blocked.
Own that issue by citing what was in that bill and showing that is was, indeed, another of the Biden administration's accomplishments that the Republicans stopped after Trump demanded it.
Run on the border, not from the border!!!!
Two words: Girl Power!!
I'm feeling so energized by this new direction, and I believe it's going to energize sections of the Dem vote that needed a jolt....
Please, just read this, and then thank the DU member who posted it:
https://www.democraticunderground.com/100219143731Time to talk about Project 2025, 34 felony convictions, ajudicated sexual assault; dozens of assault allegations....
several pending criminal trials; 2 impeachments; non-endorsements by most former senior staff....
But what, you say? Too distracted by media reports of internal chaos?
Hmmmm.
If you take a look at the posts that are keeping us stirred up,
most have one thing in common.
If you know what I'm referring to, just ask yourself "why; who benefits?"
The Congress Critters are being called and offered campaign $$$ support if they
say that Biden should step down. And if you're in states like Ohio and Montana, where Brown and Tester are, you need that money to stay afloat against the huge inflow of R money. IMHO, their words are not to be taken all that seriously. I don't anguish over such statements anymore, but wish them well in their races.....
These threads have calmed me down about the whole issue:
