cop tried to shoot a pomeranian and shot a women instead

WTF???? a woman called teh cops for help.
her dogs got out. (pomeranians are tiny dogs 5-10 pounds)

the cop is heard on his body cam yelling “Get back, get your dog, I’ll kill this ************. Get your God**** dog."
then he fires a warning shot in the air. (i doubt dogs understand what a warning shot is)

he then fires at teh dog and misses and hits the woman instead


he then tried to claim the woman was scratched by the dog despite her having a bullet in her leg.

shes now suing.

the cop wasnt repramanded or punished in any way.

WTAF???? at teh very least teh cop should be jailed for negligent use of a firearm.

shes suing and the state is arguing “Just because several statutes define an individual to include an unborn child does not mean that the Fourteenth Amendment does the same,”

fuck this state. her supervisors should be charged with manslaughter at the least since teh state has spend years claiming a fetus is a person. they contributed to its death.

137 degrees on the sidewalk. 147 degrees on the street. at 5:30 in the afternoon, well past peak heating.

I walk mine around 9am. during the day i let them out back on the grass and only for a few minutes at a time
