if a hospital send a bille they should be required to send an itemized bill
in addition if there is an error on the bill such as charging for a procedure that wasnt done the hospital should be reqiured to reduce the bill by 2x the amount of the error.

I voted in Texas
just outside of Austin. There was a short line for early voting for the first day which i found unusual for an mid term election. hopefully that translates to good news for dems since this area is solidly blue.
